As pension specialists Juniper are able to ask the right questions to identify your company’s position in relation to the new Workplace pension regulations.
We can:
- Identify - how your existing provision may need to be amended or adapted to fulfil the requirements of the Pensions Act 2008.
- Quantify - estimate the costs to your business of complying with the regulations in terms of additional pension contributions and administration.
- Advise you on options to help you to meet the requirements, including if necessary a scheme provider.
- Implement and help get you started with the new arrangements.
The first step will be to meet with the business owners and gather information on existing pension provisions and staff data. We will then prepare an Identify and Quantify report specific to your business, which will identify the next steps you need to take. If this means putting a scheme in place we can recommend one that suits your needs and budget.
Charges
Our fees for the advice will be on a fixed charge basis, based on the number of employees you have, and therefore the potential complexity. These fees are a guide only and we will confirm our costs with you after the initial meeting.

| 16-30 staff | £750 |
| 30 + | £1000 |
(VAT will be added at the appropriate rate)
If we recommend a scheme and get it set up for you there will be a further charge and we will tell you what that is at the time we make the recommendation. Depending on the provider it may be able to offset this fee against any commission payable.
There will also be charges for on-going reviews, advice and administration services.
